Camel and Tiger and Giraffes, oh My!

On Wednesday, I took Zachary out of school for a "field trip" to the LA Zoo. They are building many new habitats at the zoo, so they had many paths closed for contruction. We spent a lot of the day wandering in circles trying to figure out how to get to the animals! We saw many animals, though most of the habitats just had one or two of each animal - one camel, one elephant - what the heck? These are a few of my favorite pictures from our day. The last one is a picture of the whole gang. Natalie and Me, Amy and Trevor, Stacy and Zachary, and Albert (Stacy's fiance) and Brianna (Albert's little sister).
